A commitment to the responsibility of our environmental impact is at the forefront of Avenue’s ethos and every effort has been made to ensure all pieces are packed and protected for delivery using eco-conscious and sustainable materials.
We endeavor to have your orders fulfilled in a prompt and timely fashion as we understand the excitement and anticipation of receiving your beautiful pieces. Your delivery and tracking information will be sent to you via email correspondence.
Your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing your order online. This is with the exception of made to order pieces, these orders are shipped as per the information on the product page of the item.
We offer free standard shipping for Australian orders over $200.
All orders below $200 will have shipping calculated at checkout and is dependent on your location. Every effort is made to ensure the most cost effective delivery option is available to you.
Alongside eco conscious packing materials, all orders are shipped with Shippit, a leading Australian shipping solution that is committed to carbon neutral delivery to ensure alignment with Ave.nue101’s sustainability commitments.

Express shipping times:
Nationally / 1-3 days
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation delivered via email with tracking once dispatched from our Northern Rivers studio.
